RebithReprice is a bot for Kaspi.kz sellers. It watches competitor prices in your product cards around the clock, automatically lowers your price 1 ₸ below the best offer and never goes below the minimum you set.
Why a seller needs a bot for Kaspi
On a Kaspi.kz product card the buyer sees a list of sellers and most often picks the one with the lower price. Competitors change prices several times a day — some by hand, some with their own bots. If you watch this yourself, you have to constantly open cards, compare prices and update the price list. With a dozen products it takes hours, with hundreds it becomes impossible.
The Kaspi bot does this work automatically: checks competitor prices for each of your products, recalculates your price by the set rules and sends the updated price list to Kaspi.kz. You set the rules once — after that the bot works by itself, day and night, on weekends and holidays.

How to connect the bot to a store on Kaspi
- Register on the website — we'll deploy a personal panel for you on a separate server.
- Connect the store. Enter the seller ID and API token from your Kaspi.kz seller account and choose the web account login method: email and password, or phone with a code from SMS.
- Add products — upload a price list in Excel or use the add wizard.
- Set minimum prices and repricing rules for each product.
- Turn on automatic mode. The bot will start checking competitors and updating prices on a schedule.

Where the bot runs and how data is stored
For each client we deploy a separate server with a control panel. Your products, prices, orders and access to your Kaspi account are stored there, not in a shared database with other sellers. Login to the panel is only from your personal account on this site, via a one-time secure transition, without a separate password you could lose.
The bot runs on the server around the clock, so there's no need to keep a computer turned on.

What store access does the bot need?
The seller ID and API token from your Kaspi.kz seller account, plus web account login — by email and password or by phone with a code from SMS. This data is stored on a server deployed specifically for your store, not in a shared database with other sellers.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. The bot runs around the clock on a separate server deployed specifically for your store — no computer or browser is needed. If SMS login to the Kaspi account is chosen, only the phone with the Rebith SMS Agent app needs to be online; with email and password login it's not needed either.
How often does the bot update prices?
Competitor prices are checked from 1 minute, sending the updated price list to Kaspi.kz from 15 minutes. The exact frequency depends on your plan and is configured in the panel.
How many products can be put on the bot?
Depends on the plan: each has its own limit of products on repricing. If you have more products than in the largest plan, write to us — we'll arrange a custom one.
Will the bot lower the price endlessly?
No. You set a minimum price for each product, and the bot won't go below it under any conditions. If a competitor raises the price, the bot raises yours too — margin isn't lost where it can be preserved.
