Effective from September 25, 2026 · RebithReprice service, parent company — Sole proprietor Rebith
These terms govern the use of the RebithReprice service (the rebithreprice.kz website) — a tool for automatic repricing and store management on Kaspi.kz. The owner and operator of the service is Sole proprietor Rebith (hereinafter "we", the "Company"). By registering on the website, you (the "client") accept these terms in full.
The service consists of two connected parts:
The set of available panel sections (repricing, orders, warehouse, broadcasts, statistics and others) and numeric limits (number of products on automatic and Express repricing) are determined by the paid plan and shown in your account.
Current plans, their prices and contents are published on the "Pricing"page. Payment is made for the selected billing period (monthly or from 6 months at a discount). The subscription status and expiry date are shown in your personal account.
Immediately after registration the account is given the status "New user" — no plan is connected yet; access to the full panel functionality opens after a plan is connected.
If the next paid subscription period has ended and no new payment is received, on the 3rd (third) calendar day of non-payment all functionality of the service is disabled — this applies to login to your personal account on the website, to access to the control panel (the bot), and to all related functions: automatic repricing, price list uploads, order processing, broadcasts and more.
Access is restored automatically as soon as payment is confirmed and the subscription status is updated in your account — no reconfiguration needed.
Disabling access does not mean deleting data. Settings, price change history, accumulated statistics and other store data remain saved on your personal server and become available again as soon as payment is restored.
It is important to clearly separate two things here — access to the server and access to the control panel (the front side of the bot), because these are different access levels with different rights:
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running without interruption, but do not guarantee the complete absence of failures or downtime.
The Company is not liable for the actions of the Kaspi.kz marketplace — changes to its API, rules or blocking of a seller — nor for the commercial consequences of pricing decisions made by the client using the bot. The Company's liability to the client on any grounds related to the use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the last paid billing period.
The code of the website and control panel, the design, the trademark and the RebithReprice name belong to Sole proprietor Rebith. By paying for a subscription, the client receives the right to use the service within their plan — without the right to copy, distribute, decompile or create derivative products based on the service.
The client may decline to renew the subscription at any time — access is then kept until the end of the already paid period, after which the terms of section 4 apply. Refund questions for an unused period are considered individually when you contact support.
We may update these terms — the current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. We additionally announce material changes affecting clients' rights in your personal account or by email.
